Program Information

All Smiles hours of operation are 7:00 am until 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Parents are welcome to visit All Smiles at any time during the hours of operation. Due to COVID 19 regulations, parents are prohibited from entering the facility

Rates for Care Are Listed by the Following:

Registration Non Refundable Fee - $100.00 per child

Infant Program (6 weeks -12 months) - $270.00Weekly

Mobile Infant Program (1 -24 months) - $250.00 Weekly

Pre K Program -$180.00 Weekly

Before & After Care Program - $110.00 Weekly ($60.00 Individually)

Summer Care - $170.00 Weekly

All rates include breakfast, lunch and snack as All Smiles is a partner with the Maryland Food Program.

Forms Listed Below Must Be Completed, Signed and Returned To The Facilities Director Before Your Child's Admittance

All Forms Are Good For 1 Year and Must Be Updated Each Year For Your Child's Enrollment To Remain Active.

Parents and/ or guardians keep the handbook for your reference. Please read over all policies before signing the contract. The last page of the handbook must be completed and signed before care begins.

Please attach Immunizations to the Health Inventory
 Form. All children are required to have a copy of their current shot records. Parents are required to update shot records to keep their child (ren) enrollment active. 

*Note: If you have an infant attending All Smiles, please provide the facility with current shot records each time the infant attends his/her doctors appointment. If you do not keep up with the immunizations your child will not be able to attend the center for any reason.

Please make sure that all information such as phone numbers are current and working. If there is another adult that you will assign for pick up please attach an additional sheet listing the individuals. We will not release a child to individuals not listed on this form. NO EXCEPTIONS If the individual is new and on the form, ID will be required.​

Daily Schedule

Greetings/ Free Play

Welcome families and learn about how the children are doing. Children have the choice of area to play. We are here to assist in any way they may need, either in parallel play or by providing guidance and prompts.

Hand Washing/ Restroom/Transition

As children take care of their personal needs, hands are washed as they  prepare for their breakfast.

Breakfast  8:15 AM

Meals are served family style and adhere to the guidelines established by the Maryland Food Program.

Teacher Directed Activity

Teachers direct children with activities or projects structured to showcase self-direction, preferences, and abilities through the process of creation.

Morning Circle 

We begin the morning with the Weather, Calendar, Days of the Week Song. A variety of delivery styles are incorporated in the lessons to meet the diverse learning styles of the children in our care. All lesson plans incorporate differentiated instruction to meet each child at their point of need. 15 minutes of reading included.

Music & Movement 

Children begin to experiment with sounds; move in response to music and rhythm.

Language / Reading Readiness 

children are introduced to learning interactions, including relationship building exercises, critical thinking, sensory and language experiences

Arts & Crafts 

Children work on theme-related projects to reinforce what was  lessons from literacy, science or math.  Children are encouraged to use materials as they wish to create a work of art.

Outdoor Play 

Children engage in gross motor play. Our goal is to move and engage in a variety of activities that promote an active lifestyle. There are planned activities as well as the opportunity for free choice.

Lunch /Clean Up/ Hand Washing 

Meals are served family style and adhere to the guidelines established by the Maryland Food Program.

Nap/Rest

Provider reads to the children as they prepare to rest. Children nap as their personal schedule permits.

Hand Washing/ Restroom/ Snack Prep

As children take care of their personal needs, wash their hands and prepare for their afternoon snack.

Snack – 2:45 PM

Snacks are served family style and adhere to the guidelines established by the Maryland Food Program.

Afternoon Circle/ Theme Lesson Review 

We review our lesson and stories. A variety of delivery styles is incorporated in the lessons to meet the diverse learning styles of the children in our care. All lesson plans incorporate differentiated instruction to meet each child at their point of need. 15 minutes of reading included.

Learning Centers - Choice 

Children have the choice of area to play. We are here to assist in any way they may need, either in parallel play or by providing guidance and prompts.

Story Time 

Story time that includes Seeds of Literary, focusing on literacy skills and character development. Children participate  and enjoy storytelling; imitate actions and  participate in rhyme games. 

Manipulatives / Puzzles 

As the day unwinds and pick-up time nears, children are  able to use blocks and puzzles to help engage and challenge the minds. Children are prompted to prepare for leaving by cleaning up, gathering their personal belongings and saying good-bye to their classmates.

  • Transitional strategies are developed and implemented based on the individual needs of the children in care.
  • All children will go outside, weather permitting. Please dress them accordingly. 
  • Infants and young toddlers follow their own schedule. Developmental activities are provided based on the individual needs of the child.
  • Children with special needs adhere to the above schedule as they are able. Developmentally appropriate activities are provided as indicated by their individual needs. 

Infant

Infants as young’s 6 weeks old, are engaged with stimulating, hands on play. All Smiles introduces discovery and growth with care in developmental areas of language, physical, cognitive, and social growth. Each activity is designed to support your child in achieving developmental milestones, while making learning fun.

Toddler

Our program works to strengthen all areas of your growing toddler’s development:

  • Speech development and socialization
  • Toilet training is provided in cooperation with your efforts at home
  • Hands-on projects, designed to stimulate the toddler mind
  • Structured learning plan designed to meet your child’s developmental needs that include activities with science, math, language, drama, music, art and more
  • Problem solving challenges and puzzles
  • Outdoor play that is environmentally safe for personal discovery and adventure
  • Daily reports that describe the progress of your child; including updates on naps, toilet training and meals 

Pre- K

Our Maryland State approved curriculum for Pre-K is set at a variance of weekly, theme-based activities. Sight words are introduced as we work each week to strengthen and increase vocabularies and develop character. Group exercises and individual skill practice , compliments your child’s developmental growth as they learn to explore their personal interest.

Before & After Care

Our before and after school care programs are a safe and fun place for children before and after their school day. We work closely with our community school to ensure a smooth transition to and from our home to school.


We promote positive social interactions that lead to peer acceptance and cooperation. We take pride in supporting working parents and to give comfort in knowing their school age child(ren) are well taken care of before and after school. 

Summer Care

Our summer care is a 6 week program for children ages 6-12 years that includes:

  • Breakfast, hot lunch and an afternoon snack
  • Daily fun activities including arts & crafts, and outdoor activities
  • Trips to the library, water park and movies
  • Special Trips
