All Smiles hours of operation are 7:00 am until 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Parents are welcome to visit All Smiles at any time during the hours of operation.

Rates for Care Are Listed by the Following:

Scholarship Payments Accepted

Registration Non Refundable Fee - $100.00 per child

Toddler Program (24-36 months) - $290.00 Weekly

Pre K Program (Ages 4- 5) -  $280.00 Weekly

Summer Care - $280.00 Weekly

Drop In Care-  $70.00 Daily

All rates include Breakfast, Lunch, AM &PM Snacks

Forms Listed Below Must Be Completed, Signed and Returned To The Facilities Director Before Your Child's Admittance

 

All Forms Are Good For 1 Year and Must Be Updated Each Year For Your Child's Enrollment To Remain Active

          Health Inventory Form

First page of the Health Inventory
 Form must be completed by the Parent and/or Guardian. The second page of the Health Inventory Form must be completed by your family Pediatrician. All children are required to have a copy of their current Shot Records and Lead Form.

                Immunization Certification Form

Please attach Immunizations to the Health Inventory
 Form. All children are required to have a copy of their current shot records. Parents are required to update shot records to keep their child (ren) enrollment active.                                                                    *Note: Shot Records Must Be Kept Current 

                     Emergency Form 

Please make sure that all information such as phone numbers are current and working. If there is another adult that you will assign for pick up please attach an additional sheet listing the individuals. We will not release a child to individuals not listed on this form. NO EXCEPTIONS If the individual is new and on the form, ID will be required.​                     *Note: Documents are updated yearly

 Lead Form 

All children born on or after 01.01.2015 must be tested for lead at ages 12 and 24 months.                                      *Note: ​Lead Form Must be submitted with Health Inventory by your start date. 

Medication Administration Form

Effective medication management begins with having your child's documents properly filed. Please be sure to complete a medication administration form for all oral and topical medications.                                                                                  *Note: Parent consent is required to be documented before medication is administered.

Asthma Action Plan/ Medication Authorization Form

Do you have an action plan in place in the event of an emergency for your child's asthma? Please be sure to review the asthma medication authorization plan.                                                                                                            *Note: This form must be completed by a medical provider to authorize administration of asthma medications.

Daily Schedule
Daily schedules are subject to change to meet the individual needs of children.

Greeting/ Free Play

7:00 AM – 8:00 AM 

Children are able to choose an area of interest from multiple activities such as puzzles, books, dramatic play, or writing

Hand Washing/ Restroom/Transition

8:00 AM – 8:15 AM 

Music is used during transition for breakfast. Children use the restroom.

Breakfast Prep/ Breakfast

8:15 AM – 8:45 AM 

Healthy breakfast is prepared and served based on the Maryland Food Program Guidelines

Teacher Directed Activity (Group Activity)

8:45 AM – 9:00 AM 
Math and Manipulative's. Lessons incorporate a variety of delivery styles to meet the diverse learning styles allowing children in care to work with other classmates in small groups focused on targeted interests and /or one-on-one with provider. All lesson and materials incorporate differentiated instruction to meet each child at their point of need.

Circle Time

9:00 AM – 9:15 AM 

Morning Welcome Song, Weather, Calendar, Days of the Week Song

Music and Movement (Individual / Group)

9:15 AM – 9:30 AM

Children begin to experiment with sounds; move in response to music and rhythm.

Language / Reading Readiness 

9:30 AM – 9:45 AM 

Lesson and Writing. Lessons incorporate a variety of delivery styles to meet the diverse learning styles allowing children in care to work with other classmates in small groups focused on targeted interests and / or one-on-one with provider. All lesson and materials incorporate differentiated instruction to meet each child at their point of need. 15 minutes of reading included.

Hand Washing/
Restroom/Transition/Snack

9:45 AM – 10:15 AM 

Music is used as a transition tool, as well as verbal and visual prompts. Children use the restroom.

Outside Play /Gross Motor

10:15 AM – 10:45 AM 

Children move and engage in a variety of activities that promote an active lifestyle. There are planned activities as well as the opportunity for free choice.

Hand Washing/ Restroom/Transition

10:45 AM – 11:15 AM 

Children transition to lunch through verbal prompts and music. Children use the restroom.

Lunch Prep/ Lunch

11:15 AM –12:00 PM 

Healthy lunches are prepared and served based on the Maryland Food Program Guidelines

Hand Washing/Restroom/ Transition

11:20 PM-12:30 PM 

Children transition to story time and rest through verbal and visual prompts. Children use the restroom.

Story Time / Rest Period

12:30 PM – 2:30 PM ` 

Provider reads to the children as they prepare to rest. Children have the ability to nap.

Hand Washing/Restroom/Prepare for Snack

2:30 PM – 2:45 PM 

Once children are awake, they will use the restroom and prepare for their afternoon snack.

Snack

2:45 PM – 3:15 PM 

Healthy snacks are prepared and served based on the Maryland Food Program Guidelines

Clean Up/ Hand Washing/ Transition

3:15 PM – 3:30 PM 

Children transition to outdoor play through stories reflecting movement and play.

Outside Play/ Gross Motor

3:30 PM – 4:30 PM 

Children move and engage in a variety of activities that promote an active lifestyle. There are planned activities as well as the opportunity for free choice.

Hand Washing/ Restroom/Transition

4:30 PM – 4:45PM 

Verbal prompts transition the children to indoor group activity time. Children use the restroom and prepare for closing activities.

Afternoon Circle-Theme Lesson Review

4:45 PM – 5:15 PM 

Children engage in a group activity reflecting events and activities of the day.

Free Play/Parent Pickup-Departure

5:15 PM – 6:00 PM 

As pick-up time approaches for children, each child is prompted to prepare for dismissal by cleaning up, gathering their belongings and saying good-bye to friends.
